i touched on this in previous posts, but i think a major element this game lacks is tables.

the player should be able to click on a tab and see a list of all the casino's employees, structures, decorations, and patrons at a glance. Especially for games. He should be able to rank these by the same criterii as in the filters, according to payout, etc.

This would allow one to compare multiple elements and make appropriate changes. Great to have it all in one place when dealing with larger casinos!

I've always though that the skill/speed etc attributes of the staff seem a bit irrelavnt, its too much to worry about, especially with a really big casino.

It would be quite easy to add tons of data that people could use. I agree its a little weak in some areas but then you don't want to overload people with micromanagement hell and a million stats. When you have a couple of large casinos running, its difficult enough as it is to keep track of many things. A summary of some of the key bits of information should be added ideally.

Don't forget you can always pause the game and continue playing. This may help some people if they feel a little overwhelmed.
