....in fact its ground breaking and really fun to play and generally very much recommend BUT there are two really simple things which I can't understand why they've not been implemented. (Maybe they have and I just didn't know. Perhaps someone can correct me?).

1/ Lack of use of centre-mouse-button. You have to hold two outside buttons down to pan the camera. Why can't you hold down the centre one (like in Railroad Tycoon3)?? Its really annoying - especially because sometimes you end up creating paths/buildings when you didn't mean to.

2/ Hot keys for building stuff. The overall effect and the gameplay engine is excellent but the UI for building stuff is a little clunky. Hot keys and maybe an "undo" feature would have been really great.

Hi nd,

1) When you refer to the centre-mouse button, do you mean the mouse wheel or a proper button? We use the mousewheel as a button, rotate it to zoom in/out and click it to rotate buildings.

2) Yes keys are lacking, the only one that we currently use is space to rotate a building. Hot keys are on the wishlist for features to be implemented if we get the go ahead.

Thanks v.much for your answer.

By middle mouse button, I mean the button under the mousewheel. (i.e. instead of turning the mousewhell, you press it in and it "clicks" like a button - my logitech mouse does anyway and thought all did).

It would be soo much more convenient if you could use that as an alternative to hitting both buttons together.

mine just has 3 buttons. The left, right and scroll. When you 'click' the scroll. It allows you to scroll by moving the mouse up and down. Moving the scroll button up or down moves things either up or down in word documents and stuff. That's how mine works anyway.

Hi,
Currently the middle-mouse click is used to rotate buildings, rotating the wheel will zoom your view in and out. If this isn't happening you may need your mouse driver software updating and/or ensure your mouse is set up correctly. You can check this by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse
