I've added the issues of sandbox being too easy + carjackpots not behaving as expected to our wishlist here. The list is quite sizeable now.
For anyone else who is reading this thread, i have been through pretty much every single post and added all the concerns mentioned such as hotkeys and so forth, there are too many to list here.

If we get the opportunity to update, i'll try my best to get as many done as possible.

regards

I met Peter Molyneux a while ago. It was at the bash following pc zone's game of the year awards. All I can vaguely remember was mentioning something about small boys and almost (accidentally) hitting him in the face the foot high solid steel trophy that he clearly expected to be picking up. I don't think he'd remember me too fondly, if at all. lmao

Did Glenn Corpes move over to lionhead ? Now there's a guy I had a lot of time for

I worked with Glenn briefly over at Bullfrog, he setup Lost Toys (now sadly closed) with a few of the other guys. I'm not sure what he is doing right now, i haven't spoken to him in a while.

You worked at Bullfrog? Wow, Bullfrog were one of the best Game Companies ever in my opinion. They made games like Dungeon Keeper 1 & 2, Theme Hospital, Theme Park, Syndicate, Magic Carpet and more...

I hated it when they just disappeared, it's weird how one of the most ground-breaking companies like that just disappeared into nothing . I think it had something to do with EA taking over them and ruining them, aw well never mind...

Yup, EA have a habit of closing down successful companies.

I agree that Bullfrog were about the dogs wotsits in terms of both quality and originality too. I dunno how much of it is pure nostalgia but I think the time when bf were at their peak was about the same time the entire industry was.

Nowadays its all about style over content which makes me even happier to see a game like Vega$ coming out that has plenty of both. God I sound bitter. lol

I shoulda known Glenn went to lost toys. We had one of their other guys - Damian Stones - working with us for a while, as well as mr "I have my own formula one team" Edgar.

Yeah i only joined in the final year or so of the studio after Peter had left to form Lionhead. I was only there briefly but really liked my time there and met some great people.

Not heard of Damian but met Les a couple of times, i think he owns most of Guildford lol.

Just as I was about to say offspring! They CLOSED bullfrog down. Damn, Theme Park was a great game. I played Dungeon Keeper 2 as well, only I was too young then to have a clue what you had to do in the game!

Damn, if only Bullfrog was alive again to make even more great games! Oh well, Deep Red made some cool games too. Apart from Monopoly Tycoon, Beach Life (which I own) and Vega$: Make it Big (which of course I own too), what other games have you made?

I loved Beach Life, I still haven't got round to finishing that game though, I bought too many other games in between. Maybe I'll finish it later through the year.

We've done 2 other titles beyond the ones you mention. Risk 2 (our first title) and Sea World Adventure Parks Tycoon which is a US only budget release.

Oh yeah, as said in the video! I haven't played the game, but I played the board game. The board game got quite boring after a while but i might download a demo of that game if I can find it somewhere. It sounds to quite good, I heard it was popular? Was it?
