I got this game yesterday and I LOVE it, I think so far its the best Tycoon game there is, but I'm amazed at how easy the sandbox mode is. I seem to be able to make buckets of money without much difficulty, in no time I have large hotels, large casinos, and thousands rolling in every day.

Am I missing some difficulty settings somewhere? I'd like it to be a real struggle to build up my empire!

Hi

Put up the bars to the left when starting for rivals and hardly any money and stuff. And you can also do the campaigns. They're great fun and are challenging.

By the way, did you pick the game yourself or did it just come as a surprise?

I picked it, I loved the demo which is what made me want the full game. Its technically quite a programming achievement as well as being great fun. It gets a bit intense though, too much to do at once. I can't seem to get much luck with the car prize slots thingy either.

Yeah, exactly, I never seem to make money from the car prize slots either. They do look cool though because you can change the type of car and everything.

And talking of picking, I wouldn't trust my parents to get me something for Christmas. If I said give me a surprise computer game, they would buy me Train Simulator or Pingu Activity Centre or something like that...

Always, I get a small surprise with whatever I ask for. This year I got a Chillers book and a chocoholic mug set thing. Not bad, it has been worse...

Oh yeah, on a last note, what is with the whole Positech thing?

Nice site you've got there. I'll try some your games later. Some of them look quite good.
