I am having trouble keeping Tex Bannerman happy on scenario 5 - Big spender.  I have built everything he requires, and  I have performed all the upgrades to buildings that are suggested, and hes still not happy, any suggestions

That happened with me too. That other player with the Indian themed place steals your customers as there is only so much people per place. (eg. Sahara Avenue) So I simply waited a bit until my money went up, and then built a fireworks display. That got me back in the buisness again. That brought in loads of customers. I built a small casino and a large hotel to start with, and then when I had the money, I developed the lot and started on my second lot then. It is also good to build a car park or a helipad. I built a car park first. And then ,near the end, when I had the final objective to get 300 sales in one day on the second lot, I built a helipad on my first lot, which brought in loads of rich people so I put up bet ranges and stuff.

lol, i wanted that one to get over quick so i could get onto the next level, i had loads of money so i put put signs everywhere and made loads of buildings and used up every bit of space there until I had got enough. It took me 2 days (of in-game time) to do it after I had finished the other objectives.
