heh heh, Electronic Arts? I was on their Sims 2 website. Some of the fansites there were sites that had been made by professionals who charge monthly fees to download Sims material and stuff. At least the Vega$ Community still keeps the whole 'community' sense

The Vegas Web Team have started development of an upload area for you to exchange your attractions. What would you say is the average file size for these puppies? Deep Red's varied up to a 1MB.

None of the original interiors exceeded 1MB, but that's not to say that someone won't go crazy and create an absolute monster! I'm kind of hoping that they do...

Average size for large casinos is around 800k, medium at around 500k and small generally come in under 200k.

I find it interesting that on games that thrive, it is the fan base - by creating new objects and scenarios - that drives the developer to create expansion packs and the like. As a matter of fact, a "scenario editor" might well make a good companion - allowing the creative ideas of the fans to flow. Perhaps for a small fee, the ability to download the editor? Once done, the possibilities could be endless for new campaigns and single game sets.
