How about a new fountain similar to the Bellagio? Perhaps a small and large "water fountain show" that would have the same functionality as the fireworks. Requires an aquatics division.

Hey, you come up with some great ideas!

Like the ones you would see at the entrance of theme parks (disney land, port aventura etc.) and in huge parks and stuff, with huge shooting sparks of water that are synchronized wo make a show.

If there ever ever was a vmib2, this would be one of the items that you could buy in it

Yeah, I think you should be able to have huge, SPECTACULAR fountains. Or how about massive statues in the middle of your lots. That would certainly make things look pretty.
