That's where you'd use LOGIC and sell it! Then you buy a new one.

If you can't move something, it a little difficult to sell it without selling the structure surrounding it - you know,  in 'real life'.

Like selling the cement floor in a garage - you wouldn't sell it, you'd delete it by removing it!

Demolish should be an option for objects in the game, the same as it's an option in real life.

Sell is fine for items that could be sold in real life, but we should also be able to move these items.  This is a realistic option.

Oh, wait, I've got to move my chair, so I guess I'll need to sell it and purchase another and put it in the new location.....???
