Your reputation will better if you first find out why your customers don't like your place that much. It might be because of the lack of facilities, there might not be any toilets, or it might smell really bad. Put in a good range of things to do that suit the kind of people that visit your lot. Trees,  fountains and statues etc. also rise reputation as people think your lot is beautiful.

Don't forget to build toilets, and don't forget to hide them away in the corner of your lot and surround them with trees to block out smells etc. This is one thing that could boost your rep.

Flick about with the gaming tables and slot machines in your casino too, as some people might be too poor for the bet range. If your House Edge is too High, your rep also might be damaged as customers will hardly ever win, and won't be happy. And if there not happy, they won't like your lot, and if they don't like your lot, you won't have a good rep....

Hope that helps, though I haven't played it in a while tho.
