Brought the game from ''game'' on price slash for Ł9.98 and it is not loading

It comes up with

casino.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ive downloaded the patch but its still continuing to do this...

It also brings up to do it in a safe mode

Ive tried this but it fails

What shall i do

errr.... sounds like you got a dud copy of the game. where did you buy it is it genuine whats the CD CODE or the box code?
